Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

  1. Create a gift query of the appropriate gifts
  2. Click Admin, Globally Change Records
  3. Highlight Gift (entry that is not in bold) and click New Change
  4. Click Include and choose Selected Records. Browse to and select the query created in step 1
  5. In Available Fields, select Gifts, Appeal Id
  6. Select the appropriate operator:
    • Add to add a new appeal to the gift
    • Replace to replace the current appeal with another appeal on the gift
    • Delete to delete the appeal from the gift
  7. Select the appeal to add, replace (and replace with), or delete
  8. Click OK
  9. Click Change Now
