Users may need to create a query before running the report
Note: If the query is broken down by date, on the General tab of the reports the same date should also be included
 
  1. Run the Comparisons and Summaries Report
  2. On the General tab, select to run in Summary
  3. On the Fields tab, select Gift, Months in the Year as the Field to Use
  4. On the Report Periods tab, list up to five months 
  5. On the Gift Types tab, select each report period and the appropriate Gift Types to be considered in this period. Note: The Gift Types must be defined separately for each report period.
  6. Set the remaining parameters on the other tabs
  7. Click Preview to process the report

  1. Run the Statistical Report
  2. On the Fields tab, select Gifts, Months in the Year
  3. Enter the start month and year
  4. Set the remaining parameters on the other tabs
  5. Click Preview to process the report
