Try each of the following steps in order until the error/issue is resolved:

    • Open the contact's record and verify the Contact checkbox is marked on the General 1 tab.
    • Add a Primary Addressee to the contact's record

      OR

      Export Individual Relationship, Name
    • Select all contact types to be included
    • Open the Export file in Excel.  Scroll across the row for the Organization.  Each contact's name will be listed on the same row as long as they meet the criteria for your contacts that are being exported
