Try each of the following steps in order until the error is resolved:
    • Change the font to Times New Roman and the font size to 10
    • Uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. Use a Post Script (PS) printer driver if possible. If that does not work, try the generic text only printer driver.
    • Refer to and follow the steps in How to troubleshoot a printer problem (BB322)
    • Mail us a copy of your form so we can check the alignment
