This field allows the tracking of responses for appeals which were sent to constituents.  For example, constituents may not give but respond that they want more information, they are interested in giving later, or they wish to be removed from the mailing list. To track the responses, follow these steps:



 

     
    • On the Appeals tab of the constituent record, select the appropriate appeal and package information
     
    • In the Response column, select the appropriate value to indicate the constituent's response
