Sometimes when The Raiser's Edge is performing a large process, it takes up a lot of resources and may show as 'Not Responding' even though it is actually processing.  We recommend not ending task on The Raiser's Edge and to allow it to continue to process.

Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
  1. Create a gift query and filter on the batch number.  
  2. Globally delete the gifts.  
  3. Mark the batch as recurring and recommit it.
