When a field within the Event participations section is selected for export, an Event participations criteria window appears:

  1. Indicate the number of Events for which participant information should be exported. 
  2. If the event is the only event of a specific type, choose Selected Event Types and pull that type to the right.  
  3. If constituent has participated in multiple events of that type, select the date of the Event as indicated on the General tab of the Event record as the Start Date and End Date.

    Note: Only Event Type and Date can be used to filter the event
    Note: If entering a Start Date and End Date to filter on a specific Event Type, make sure all events with that Event Type have a Start Date and End Date populated on the Event record. If an Event record has a blank Start Date and End Date, then information from this event may be included in the output.
