Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

    • In Administration, select Globally Change Records
    • Highlight Constituent in the Constituent category
    • Click New Change
    • Click Include and choose Selected Records using the query from step 1
    • Highlight Biographical, Gender and click the Select button
    • Select the appropriate operator: Add, Replace, or Delete and enter the appropriate value(s)
    • Click OK
    • Click Change Now
