1. Go to Mail, Letters
2. Select Quick Letters or Donor Acknowledgement Letters
3. Click the Attributes tab
2. Mark Add, Update or Delete these Attributes for each Record
3. In the Action column, select Add, Update, or Delete
4. In the Type column, select Constituent or Address Attributes
5. In the Category and Description columns, select the appropriate category and description
6. If needed, fill in the Short, Date, or Comments columns
7. Go through all other tabs and fill in the appropriate information
8. Click Export
9. Select the file format and give it a filename
10.Click Export Now
