Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

    • On the Fields to Include tab of the mailing, ensure the Constituent Information, Organization Name field is selected as a field to print
    • On the Individual Address tab, ensure the correct address is selected to print. For more information, refer to How does address processing work in The Raiser's Edge (BB518).
    • Ensure the individual has Print Org name with address marked on the organization relationship record:
      1. In Records, click Constituents
      2. Open the constituent whose organization name is not printing
      3. On the Relationships tab, open the appropriate organization relationship
      4. On the General 1 tab, mark the Print organization name with address checkbox
      5. Save and close the organization relationship record
      6. Save and close the constituent record
