Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.
1. Create a gift query of the gifts from which to remove the appeal
2. Click Admin, Global Change Facility.
3. Highlight the Gift subcategory on the left and click on New Change.
4. Click Include, Selected Records and select the query created in step 1
5. In the "Show" field, select Gifts
6. Select Appeal Id
7. Select Delete and pick the appropriate appeal.
8. Click Change Now
