Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. If you are running The Raiser's Edge 7.91.5056 or higher on Windows Vista, 7, 8, or 10 run AdminTasks
  2. Ensure that the Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge interface has been established correctly.
  3. Re-establish the connection with General Ledger.
  4. Update/repair the workstation.
