Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

1. Ensure the Class of field is set to public by default in Administration, Field Options. Note: You must have Supervisor rights to access this area.
2. Enure your security settings are set correctly to display this information
3. Ensure “Primary Alumni Information” is marked on the Education portion of The Raiser’s Edge constituent record
4. Ensure NetCommunity is updated to the latest version
