Try the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
    • Manually copy any request or missing files from another workstation and paste them in the appropriate location on the workstation received the error. Missing or requested files are listed in a warning found in the Event Viewer's Application log.

      When looking in the Event Viewer's Application log, there are usually two warnings for each time the Windows installer box appears. The first warning usually lists what is missing in the Description.


      Note: The following two errors appear in the Event Viewer:

      • Error: The resource 'C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge\Help\Samples\' does not exist.
      • Error: The resource 'C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\BBSCREEN.TTF' does not exist.
