The Project Activity Reports shows project activity within a selected date range. The activity includes, beginning and ending balances, adjustments, and net change.

  1. In General Ledger, select Reports, and Project Reports
  2. Create a new Project Activity Report
  3. On the General tab, select Summary or Detail, Dates and other options
  4. On the Filters tab, select any desired filters
  5. Click Preview, and notice the columns for Beginning Balance and Ending Balance
