Adjust your proxy server. Contact your Proxy server vendor for additional assistance with your proxy server setup.

NOTE: Users can also turn off Proxy Server settings through Internet Options.  However, we do not recommend performing this task as it may not permanently resolve the issue. Be sure to check with IT staff prior to performing this fix:

1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options
2. Click on the Connections Tab > LAN settings > Unmark the option for it to use Proxy server settings.
