In Records:
  1. In Records, Students/Applicants, open the appropriate record.
  2. In the Current Status field, highlight existing current status if field is not blank.
  3. Enter the new current status.
  4. When prompted, 'Do you want to add 'New Current Status' to the Student/Applicant Status table?', click Yes.
Or

In Configuration:
  1. In Configuration, click Tables.
  2. Highlight Student/Applicant Status table on the left.
  3. Click New Table Entry.
  4. Enter a Short description and Long description for the new Current status.
  5. Click OK.
Also refer to the Status log to see a history of status changes per record.
