Recreate the Custom Report parameter
  1. In The Raiser's Edge, go to Reports > Custom Reports
  2. Select the Custom Report and click Delete
  3. Click New
  4. Select the Export and Crystal Report file again to recreate the Custom Report

If the above does not resolve the issue, try the following in Raiser's Edge.
  1. Go to Tools > User Options > Reports
  2. In the font preferences section, change the "Apply to:" setting
