1. In the Raiser's Edge NetCommunity plug-in select the transaction you want to process. If you are creating a new constituent record for the transaction, select create new constituent.
2. Click Yes to continue. The New Individual window appears.
3. Add, edit, delete and modify the information as needed.
4. Click Save and Close. The NetCommunity Transaction window appears.
5. Select the fields you want to process or not process such as phone, address, email, etc. Be sure to note at the bottom of the Window there are two additional options to choose from while making your updates:

Select 'Update the preferred address with the downloaded information'

or

Select 'Add the downloaded information as a new address for this constituent'

6. Click Save and Close.
7. Click the Process Transaction button.
