A hosting system administrator will set up the integration for you. Follow these steps:
  1. Ensure that the Citrix accounts belong to both the REUsers and FEUsers group or both the REAdmin and FEAdmin group.
  2. Ensure that the user has logged into both The Raiser's Edge and The Financial Edge at least once before testing integration.
  3. Contact Support and reference this article and provide the Site ID for your organization and the database serial numbers of the databases you wish to integrate. 
  4. Once the integration has been established, run the Update Accounts plug-in in G/L Distributions and test the plug-in was run successfully.
