Try the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Open The Education Edge
  2. Select Configuration 
  3. Select Academic Years
  4. Open the current Academic Year
  5. Review the Academic Year to ensure a Session has been defined.
  6. Open the Session
  7. Select the Terms tab
  8. Review the Terms to ensure they are accurate and defined.
  • If the Academic Year is not listed in Configuration, create a new Academic Year following the steps provided.
  • If the Academic Year exists and Session and Terms are defined but a past or future year are not showing within the drop down menu.
  1. Select Tools > Options
  2. Select Records > Select Academic Years
  3. Verify the number of past and future years to show would include the Academic year in question.
