• In Payroll, go to Mail, State and Federal Tax Reports.

    • Open Federal Tax Reports, select New Report or Open existing Report.

    • On General Tab, select 2007 W-2 under Report name.

    • Set the Reporting Period as Full Year and select Last Year.

    • Go to Filters tab and select the desired filters.

    • Click Display Report.

    • A box will come up that says "A print history file was found and is being opened."

    • Select Option 1 "Print W2 copies for selected groups of employees" or Option 2 "Print W2 copies for all employees."

    • Click OK and you will be directed to the W2 Wizard.
