Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Clear the Server Cache.
  2. In Registrar's Office:
    1. In Configuration, click Business Rules and highlight General.
    2. Under Include the following statuses when entering grades or attendance:, mark the check boxes for the appropriate statuses to include when taking attendance and entering grades.
  3. In FAWeb as a supervisor:
    1. Select Setup > Edit marking column access rights for faculty.
    2. Select Yes for any marking columns to edit or view.
    3. Click Save.
