Receipt amount is blank in receipts
This field only populates when running 'one receipt per gift'. The reason the field is blank when running consolidated receipts is due to donors being able to give gifts in multiple currencies. When running consolidated receipts the donor gets only one receipt that can represent multiple gifts.
