The Files Folder acts as the intermediary point between your Hosted Blackbaud Applications and your workstation. The Files Folder also functions as a temporary storage facility for your Export and Import files. Users may experience the following error message when opening the Files Folder either from the Blackbaud Hosting Services Application screen or from a network location on their workstation:
Documents in this folder are not available. The folder may have been moved or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server.
