• Log in as a user with Supervisor rights.
    • In Administration, click Set up system security.
    • Open the appropriate user group.
    • Highlight and mark the Shared Components checkbox under System Components.
    • Highlight and mark the Education Edge checkbox under Shared Components Privileges.
    • Click Options.
    • Highlight and mark the Hold Codes checkbox.
    • Mark the Add, Edit, and Delete checkboxes.
    • Highlight and mark the Hold Code Statuses checkbox.
    • Click OK
    • Save and Close the user group.
    • Users must exit and sign out and log back in for changes to take effect.

    Note: Users must had Edit rights for student Biographical Information to be able to use hold statuses.
