• In Mail, Forms, Transcripts, open the transcript.

    • Select the Details tab.

    • Open the Courses section.

    • Select the Columns tab.

    • Add a new column.

    • Select Marking Column for the Field to Show.

    • Select the desired Marking Column for Marking Column.

    • Select Grade for Display.

    • Select all other desired options.

    • Repeat steps 5-9 for each additional marking column.

    • Click OK.

    • Preview/Print the transcript.
