This issue may occur when the table has been edited during the course of the event and the current value is no longer in the table.
- Open the transaction in the NetCommunity/ Blackbaud OnlineExpress plug-in of the Raiser's Edge
- Select the 'Transaction Information' tab
- Click inside 'Event Participant Information' field (or Gift attribute if this occurs for a donation)
- Press F7 on the keyboard to edit the Attributes
- Select a valid value for the Attribute from the dropdown menu
- Click 'Save and Close'
If the new value does not save, readd the existing value back to the table, then process the transaction.
