When installing or updating, we must be logged in with a local Windows administrator login on the workstation.
Repair the Aatrix installation on the workstation:
- Log out of The Financial Edge on the workstation.
- Click Start, Control Panel, System and Security, Programs, and under Programs and Features click on Uninstall a program.
- Highlight State and Federal Tax Reports.
- Click Uninstall / Change.
- In Payroll or Accounts Payable, click Mail.
- Click State and Federal Tax Reports or 1099's.
- Click Install Aatrix.
