When installing or updating, we must be logged in with a local Windows administrator login on the workstation.

Repair the Aatrix installation on the workstation:

  1. Log out of The Financial Edge on the workstation.
  2. Click Start, Control Panel, System and Security, Programs, and under Programs and Features click on Uninstall a program.
  3. Highlight State and Federal Tax Reports.
  4. Click Uninstall / Change.
  5. In Payroll or Accounts Payable, click Mail.
  6. Click State and Federal Tax Reports or 1099's.
  7. Click Install Aatrix.
