1. Select File, Print Setup.
  2. Select the appropriate printer from the drop-down menu next to Name.
    Note: If the printer is not available in the drop-down menu, refer to BB282692.
  3. Exit and sign out of the program, and sign back in.
  4. Print the report (or other document) again.
     

If the document continues to go to the incorrect printer, try the following:

  1. Click Start and select Printers and Faxes.
  2. Right-click the incorrect printer and select Delete.
  3. Select Add printer and follow the Add printer wizard to re-add the printer.
  4. Exit and sign out of the program, and sign back in.
  5. Print the report (or other document) again.
