- Disable the firewall that is blocking connectivity.

- Update the Data Health Center on the affected workstation.
- Go to a workstation that can click Submit New Data in the Data Health Center and copy the WSE folder from that workstation to the workstation getting the error:
Note: The WSE folder's default location is C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Raiser's Edge 7.
