If you have Citrix online plug-in installed:

  1. Locate the Citrix icon, a blue circle, in the system tray of your computer. The system tray is a list of icons generally located near the clock.
  2. Right-click the icon and select Connection Center.  (Alternatively, you can access Connection Center by browsing to C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA CLient and double-clicking on concentr.exe.)
  3. Highlight the application server and select Log Off.


If you have Citrix Receiver installed:

  1. Locate the Citrix Receiver icon in the system tray of your computer. The system tray is a list of icons generally located near the clock.
  2. Right-click the icon and select About. For older versions of the Receiver, select Preferences. 
  3. Click Advanced > Connection Center. For older versions of the Receiver, click Plug-in status > Connection Center.  (Alternatively, you can access Connection Center by browsing to C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA CLient and double-clicking on concentr.exe.)
  4. Highlight the application server and select Log Off.
