The Raiser's Edge freezes on constituent records
Remove the General Ledger integration options and re-add them:
  1. Delete the options selected on the General Ledger screen in Configuration:
    1. In The Raiser's Edge, click Configuration, General Ledger
     
    • Remove the current Server name and Database name information
     
    • Unmark the Blackbaud General Ledger present checkbox
     

       
    • Select the System DSN tab
     
    • Highlight RE7_GL and click Remove
     
    • Click OK. This closes the ODBC Data Source Administrator.
