NetMail sends messages to the email address of the selected type associated with the record's primary address. If a person does not have an email address associated with the selected type, the program does not send a message to him/her.
    • In Records, open the appropriate record type.
    • Select the Address tab.
    • Mark the Primary checkbox for the appropriate address type.
    • Save and Close the record.
