1. In Administration, click Set up system security
  2. Under System Components, highlight the appropriate module
  3. Under Privileges, highlight and mark the Records checkbox. Click Options
  4. Highlight the appropriate Record Type (such as Student, Applicant, etc...) and mark the Delete checkbox
  5. Repeat step 5 for each appropriate record type
  6. Click OK
  7. Repeat steps 2-6 for each appropriate module
  8. Save and Close the user group
  9. Users must exit and sign out and log back in for changes to take effect
