User Imports are completed periodically based on the schedule that has been configured for your account.

Follow the steps below until the issue is resolved:

  1. Verify what frequency has been configured for NetCommunity to run the process to import user information:
    • Administration > Sites & Settings > Settings tab
    • Click on Service Schedules
    • Scroll down to User Imports to determine the current frequency settings
    • Make any changes as necessary and save
    • Wait for the import to complete as scheduled
  2. Restart the Blackbaud NetCommunity Services Server
  3. Download and install the latest version of Blackbaud NetCommunity
