Try each of the following steps, until the issue is resolved: 
  1. Exit and sign out of the program and then log back in.
  2. Reboot the workstation.
  3. If the error only occurs on one specific workstation, run a manual update/repair.
  4. If the manual update and repair do not resolve the error uninstall and reinstall The Raiser's Edge on a workstation.
  5. If the error only occurs for one specific username, recreate the username.​
