Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

 
     
    • In Administration, click Globally Change Records.
       
    • Highlight Applicant, and click New Change.
       
    • On the Filters tab , filter on the desired applicants.
       
    • On the General tab, under Checklist, Checklist Item, double-click Status.
       
    • Select the appropriate filters for School, Academic Year, and Track. If the checklist item is not associated with a track, you can select None in the Track filter.
       
    • Click OK.
       
    • In the Checklist Item Filter, select the appropriate Dates and options.
       
    • If there is no date requested on the checklist item, mark the 'Include checklist items with no date requested' checkbox.
       
    • For completion date, select Include All Dates.
       
    • Under Include, mark the Pending checkbox.
       
    • Click OK.
       
    • Under Edit Change Parameters window, select the Replace Operator: [Replace], Replace: [Pending], With: [Complete or Waive]
       
    • Click OK.
       
    • Click Preview Changes to ensure the information is correct.
       
    • Click Change Now.
