- Login as a local administrator, run Financial Edge as administrator, and run tax reports.
- Copy the Aatrix folder usually located in C:/Program Files/Blackbaud/The Financial Edge/Aatrix from a workstation where this report is working correctly into the same location on the workstation where the report is not working.
- Repair the Aatrix Installation.
NOTE: If re-installation is unsuccessful manually install Aatrix by browsing out to the Aatrix Installer folder and double clicking on the State and Federal Tax reports.msi file. (C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge\Deploy\AAtrixInstaller)
