We resolved this issue in version 7.91.5056, patch 23. Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
1. Add and use the printer via it's TCP/IP address. 2. Click Start, Search on your task bar and enter 'Print' in the search box and click Printers. 3. Select 'Add a Network, Wireless, or a Bluetooth Printer.' 4. Click 'The Printer That I want Isn't Listed.' 5. Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname' and click Next. 6. Select 'TCP/IP Device' in the Device type list. 7. Enter the TCP/IP address and click Next. 8. Follow any additional prompts.
Hosted users may see this error when trying to preview a report when they do not have a printer plugged into their workstation. Please ensure your printer is plugged in and online when previewing your report.
