Part One
    1. Log in as a Supervisor or a user with Supervisor rights.
    2. In Administration, click Set up system security.
    3. Open the user's security group.
    4. Under System Components Highlight & check the box for Shared Components 
    5. Under Shared Components Privileges, mark the Dashboard checkbox, and click Options, mark the appropriate check boxes, Click OK.

    Part Two
    1. Under System Components: highlight & check the box for the module you want the dashboard to show on.  (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll etc)
    2. Under Shared Components, mark the Dashboard checkbox, click options, mark the appropriate checkboxes, click ok.
    3. Save and close the security group.
    Note: Users must exit and sign out of The Financial Edge and then log back in before the security changes will take effect.
