Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Exit and sign out of The Raiser's Edge and log back in.
     
  2. Reboot the workstation.
NOTE: If hosted by Blackbaud, a reboot of the workstation is not necessary.  Exit and sign out of The Raiser's Edge.  Confirm the session is disconnected from the Citrix Connection Center and login to The Raiser's Edge again.
