Enter your serial number in the s/n field. To find it, select Help > About The Education Edge. The serial number is case sensitive, so ensure you enter it exactly as it displays.
If the serial number you entered matches the serial number in the database and you're still receiving the error, click Chat with Support and provide the support analyst with your database serial number and version.
