1. Create an employee query.
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Employee, Employee full name [equals] [name] or leave the Criteria tab blank.
  3. On the Output tab, select the following:
    1. Employee, Employee full name
    2. Compensation/Deductions, Pay Types, Pay type ID
    3. Compensation/Deductions, Pay Types, Rate
  4. Select the Results tab.
