1. Confirm the Aatrix screen is not behind the main Financial Edge screen as it often does not appear in the foreground.
  2. Exit and Sign Out of Financial Edge.  Right click on the Financial Edge Icon on the desktop and choose Run as administrator.  Try to Display Report again.
  3. Reboot the Workstation.  Try to Display Report again.
  4. If rebooting doesn't correct it, Repair the Aatrix installation on the workstation.
If an AatrixLog zip file is being created on your desktop when clicking Display Report, an instance of AATRIXFORMS.EXE may already be running on your workstation.
  1. Open Task Manager on the workstation
  2. Go to the Processes tab
  3. Select AATRIXFORMS.EXE and click End Process
  4. Click Display Report again
