1. In Grades, select Enter grades by student.
     
  2. Select the appropriate Academic Year and Session.
     
  3. Open the appropriate student.
     
  4. On the GPA tab, in the appropriate marking column, select the GPA value and press the delete key.
     
  5. Click Save and Close.
     

When the GPA is removed from all marking columns, the GPA entry is deleted for the academic year and term for the student.
