• Stop automatic synchronization
       
    • In the Blackbaud Management Console
       
    • Select the Raiser's Edge database involved in Integration
       
    • Select 'Active Users' under this database
       
    • For any instances of the Integration user select the Disconnect option.
       
    • Run Synchronize Data manually and verify that you do not receive the error.
       
    • Re-enable the Scheduled task.
