Two separate queries need to be created so the records without a suffix can be changed globally and the records with a suffix can be looked at manually:

Query 1

Create a constituent query of the records with the Deceased attribute

    • On the Criteria tab, select:
Attributes, Specific Attribute, Deceased Description one of [any combination of the Deceased attribute descriptions, depending on the records you decide to mark as Deceased]
    • AND Constituent Information, Suffix 1 blank

      • Continue to change these records as seen in solution BB267914 (How to move the Deceased Date to the Bio 1 tab)

      Query 2

Create a constituent query of the records with the Deceased attribute

        • On the Criteria tab, select:
Attributes, Specific Attribute, Deceased Description one of [any combination of the Deceased attribute descriptions, depending on the records you decide to mark as Deceased]
        • AND Constituent Information, Suffix 1 not blank

          • These records will need to be changed manually to ensure the correct constituent is marked as deceased
