Only one user can access the same bank for these two processes
One user needs to stop the process so that the other user can access printing or reconciling

If the user referenced in the error message is not accessing the process
  1. ​​Have the user sign out of Financial Edge by going to File > Exit and Sign Out
  2. If the issue persists, disconnect the user using Blackbaud Management Console.
