Queries are created to group records together in the database. Query is used for grouping and not intended to be used as a reporting tool. If a query output includes gift amounts or total giving, these values will appear in the results for each record. Because query is not a reporting tool, there is not a grand total line to available on the results page. This solution gives steps to find a grand total amount for the amounts listed in the query results.
